Terms of use

Last updated 7 November 2026

By using Kreeda you agree to these terms.

What Kreeda is

Kreeda shows what is available at places in Kandy and lets you reserve a slot. Each venue is run by its owner. Kreeda is not the venue and does not run the activities.

Bookings and payment

• A booking reserves a slot. You pay the venue directly, at the venue, unless the venue says otherwise.
• Prices and times are set by the venue. Check details with the venue if unsure.
• Please cancel a booking you will not use so others can have the slot. Venues may cancel bookings, for example for maintenance.

Your account

• Give true details, including a working mobile number.
• Do not book slots you do not plan to use, or use the site to harass others.
• We may remove accounts or bookings that break these rules.

Safety

Sport and exercise carry a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and should follow the venue's rules. Kreeda is not responsible for injuries, lost items or disputes at a venue.

Availability

We work to keep Kreeda running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Changes

We may update these terms. Using Kreeda after a change means you accept it.
