Kreeda is a website for finding and booking courts, tables, gyms and classes in Kandy, Sri Lanka. This page explains what we collect, why, and who can see it.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time code.
• Your name, shown on your bookings and in games you join.
• Your mobile number, so a venue can reach you about a booking.
• Your date of birth, the activities you enjoy and your experience level, to understand who uses Kreeda and to offer suitable classes and games.
• Your bookings: which venue, day and time, and whether you joined an open game.

Who can see it

• Venue owners see your name, and your mobile number only for bookings, games and classes at their own venue. They never see your date of birth or email address.
• Other players see your name next to games you host or join. Nothing else.
• Kreeda's administrator can see everything above, to run the service and help with problems.

We do not sell your information or show it to advertisers.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and the sites are hosted by Cloudflare. Sign-in and booking emails are sent through Brevo. These companies process data for us only to run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your account is active. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your account also removes your bookings.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
